We ship Australia-wide with free standard shipping on all orders over $79 AUD. Orders under $79 AUD incur a flat $8.95 AUD shipping fee.

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time is 8–18 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates based on standard carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control including carrier delays and public holidays may affect delivery times.

Route Package Protection

Route Package Protection is available at checkout for approximately 1.5% of your order value. This insures your order against loss, damage, and theft in transit. If your package is affected, you can file a claim directly at claims.route.com. We strongly recommend opting in.
