RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace or fully refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@haldonmills.com.au with a photo of the issue. You are not required to return the item. Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind return requests within 14 days of delivery. We offer two options: — 110% store credit, valid for 12 months from issue date — 85% cash refund to your original payment method (a 15% handling fee applies) For orders under $55 AUD, we issue a full refund as a gesture of goodwill with no return required. We recommend reviewing these before purchase as our items may run small relative to Australian standard sizing. Change of mind for sizing is handled under our standard change of mind terms above. Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
