Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping across all orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and apply after your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email.
Tracking Notification: As soon as your package has been handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Timelines & Tracking

Standard delivery typically takes 4 to 11 working days from the date of dispatch.

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives within this window, transit times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, local postal service disruptions, or seasonal volume spikes.

Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@haldonmills.com with your order number. Once an order has entered our processing queue or has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Haldon Mills is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. However, if your tracking status shows no updates for an extended period or appears to be stuck in transit beyond 18 working days, please reach out to our team so we can assist in investigating the status with the carrier.
