SHIPPING POLICY We ship Australia-wide with free standard shipping on all orders over $79 AUD. Orders under $79 AUD incur a flat $8.95 AUD shipping fee. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery time is 8-18 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates based on standard carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control including carrier delays, customs processing, and public holidays may affect delivery times. Route Package Protection is available at checkout for approximately 1.5% of your order value. This insures your order against loss, damage, and theft in transit.
