Terms of Service

By placing an order with Haldon Mills, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via all major credit cards, Afterpay, and other methods available at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

2. Fulfilment & Delivery

We use third-party fulfilment partners to dispatch orders. While we aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days, dispatch times are not guaranteed and may vary. Estimated delivery to Australian addresses is 8–18 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

3. Route Package Protection

Route Package Protection is an optional service available at checkout. If selected, Route insures your shipment against loss, damage, and theft. Claims are managed directly by Route at claims.route.com. Haldon Mills is not responsible for transit issues on orders where Route protection was declined at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Change of mind returns incur a 15% handling fee on orders over $55 AUD. Statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate at the time of listing. Slight variations in colour, sizing, or product details may occur due to the nature of our supply chain. Detailed size guides are provided on each product page and should be consulted before purchase.

6. Afterpay

Afterpay purchases are subject to Afterpay’s own terms and conditions. Disputes on Afterpay transactions are managed through Afterpay’s merchant dispute process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this store including images, copy, and branding is the property of Haldon Mills and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haldon Mills’ liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
